This Listening Session is an opportunity for our neighbors in Moorhead and Clay County to imagine a stronger community and explore our shared strengths.

We’re seeking residents in this area from different backgrounds, experiences, and viewpoints to speak honestly about what matters to them as neighbors and to listen to others. In this structured conversation, we will explore what actions we could take together to strengthen civic trust and solve challenges for the common good.

Co-sponsored by the Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Chamber of Commerce and Minnesota Public Radio, this Listening Session is one in a series that will be held around the state for a new statewide project, Minnesota: Land of Neighbors. Land of Neighbors is aimed at combating unhealthy divisiveness in Minnesota. Organized by Braver Angels Minnesota, Civic Bridgers, and Common Ground USA, the campaign is funded by a group of Minnesota foundations.

The FMWF Chamber is a catalyst for growth and prosperity, and it protects and promotes business, inspires individuals, and cultivates communities, and influences action.

Minnesota Public Radio aims to create the future of public media by amplifying voices to inform, include, and inspire.
